Xbox Live Test Fails at XBOX LIVE?

Hi and welcome to my blog,
I opened this blog to help anyone who is preparing for his SAT.
I remember myself when I started - I was so lost and in such a panic.
Luckily I got this great SAT guide that helped me a lot . So study hard and good luck!
My Xbox is connected to my laptop which gets on the internet by using a USB speedtouch dialer 
All the tests are fine and working except XBOX LIVE test
can someone please help me here

Xbox Live has been having a lot of difficulties, lately. With all the new Xbox 360s on the network, their servers have been having a hard time keeping up. This happened to me a couple weeks ago, but it started working again. You’ll probably just have to wait a while and check back later. It might start working pretty soon.
It could be because your wireless internet provider can’t connect to the live mainframe. Also, it’s possible that your Xbox is broken software-wise and doesn’t have the ability to even connect, although thats extremely unlikely..
If i were you, I’d wait until this question is done, and if it doesn’t help you email xbox.com. If THAT doesn’t help, hire someone profesional to come over to your house and help you.
