Hi and welcome to my blog,

I opened this blog to help anyone who is preparing for his SAT.
I remember myself when I started - I was so lost and in such a panic.
Luckily I got this great SAT guide that helped me a lot . So study hard and good luck!

I’m a junior in high school and on my PSAT i did ok, 1870 (without any preparation).
I’m debating weather or not i should take the SAT in June and Oct or just Oct.
I won’t be taking any prep classes before the June exam.
Would you recommend taking the SAT before taking classes?
Does it matter how many times you take it?

my councilor came into my class yesterday and said take it twice unless your first score is really great, but do not take it more than three times.

you should probably take it in june just to see where you are at, and then of your score is not good take the classes.

i am taking the SAT this saturday with no prep and i am just going to wing it to see where i am at and then take it again in a few months after studying and all that stuff.

so yeah if you think you can do it in just one try and go for it, but i recommend doing it twice to get your best possible score.

    good luck!

if you want to take it more than once thats fine…i suggest not over 3…and go for both…see how you do in the june one and if you wanna go higher go for october after the classes…

take it in June because you might forget everything by October. or take it twice..i know with the ACT you can take it twice..not so sure about the SAT however.
