Luckily I got this great SAT guide that helped me a lot . So study hard and good luck!

What SAT scores do you need to become a teacher? I need an answer A.S.A.P.

Your SAT score has nothing to do with becoming a teacher. It only allows you to get into a university…where you will learn to be a teacher. For my university, we did not even have to take the SAT only the ACT. They required a 15 or 17 score to be accepted to the university (I believe). To become a teacher you simply do the course work that is required by the university and your state.

To be honest my SAT scores sucked and I’ve been teaching for 4 years. I only got a 980 or something like that. You need to find out what score the university you are appling for requires from you before they can accept you.

Most colleges use a combination of SAT, class average an class rank for acceptance. If SATs are low, begin at a community college that has open admission from high schools, then transfer.
The SAT actually varies because some people get degrees in the subject area first and education courses later as I did. Your SAT scores tend to go up each time you take the test, because you learn how the questions are asked. Take a SAT study course

you have to pass the sat or some school using the act school this will show what level of classes. your goal to be a teacher is them set. then you just have to take the classes and pass them. it takes up to 4 years depended on the kind of teacher you want to be.

OK – SAT scores get you into college.. classes and majors get you a teaching degree….which gets you a teaching job….which sends you to get a masters degree.

Low SAT scores get you into community college which can get you into a four year college. 1000 SAT gets you into a little better school and so on….

The answer is no matter how low your scores you can find a way to a teaching degree. It doesn’t matter how great a reputation your college has. All that matters is being in an accredited program that offers you the opportunity to become a teacher. The rest is up to you.
