Hi and welcome to my blog,
I opened this blog to help anyone who is preparing for his SAT.
I remember myself when I started - I was so lost and in such a panic.
Luckily I got this great SAT guide that helped me a lot . So study hard and good luck!
I need to learn and memorize too many words for my SAT test in a short period of time. Is there any way to do it fast?
Been there, done that. In my case the best way to memorize SAT vocabulary is to play matching games with words on http://www.internetpolyglot.com/lessons-en-en?lessonName=SAT
.dont care enough to know..
Sleep with a bunch of books in your bed.
its not a good idea to try and prepare for it really quickly you should try and pay attention through out the year
Just buy an SAT study book at Barnes and Nobles or Borders or Books-a-Million. They have tons! They helped me out.
ummm…….read the book
Check out the book Word Smart if you want to learn frequently used words on the SAT: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0375762183/002-9652641-3248852?v=glance&n=283155
I read the book, and I highly reccommend it. Not only should you pick up a lot of new words for the SAT (there is a great section on this near the back of the text), but you should also learn many additional college-level words that you will encounter at the university level in textbooks.
For advice on how to study these words most effectively, look near the beginning of the book. The writers suggest you practice them daily, take their review quizzes, use mneumonics, draw crazy pictures in your head, and so forth.
All the best–Dave.
