What date did they reform the SAT exam? From what year can i use prep material?

Hi and welcome to my blog,
I opened this blog to help anyone who is preparing for his SAT.
I remember myself when I started - I was so lost and in such a panic.
Luckily I got this great SAT guide that helped me a lot . So study hard and good luck!
I need to know which years SAT test prep material is no longer valid for the exam. I know they reformed the exam sometime, so i can ony use material after that right?

The SAT was changed in 2005. A new section was added. You can use the old practise materials to practise the reading(verbal) and math sections, they are the same in the new SAT. There’s only the writing section that’s been added. It’s advisable to get a new and updated book, though.
