could some one here advise me on the best place to buy a moderate laptop for school use..is it cheap to buy a laptop in Finland compared to china or Thailand? thanks.

PostHeaderIcon Is it legal to sell/use photocopied textbooks/SAT guides in an international school in Thailand?

I go to an international school in Thailand, and they sold photocopied SAT study guides to the students for 500B(13USD), and few American published textbooks are fully photocopied and distributed to students. I was wondering if this is legal or not…If illegal, where can I contact to solve this problem? Thanks in advance.
