I’m in the midst of installing my Vonage device. However, the Ethernet port on my laptop doesn’t work. I tested this using my cable modem; it works if I use the USB cable versus Ethernet. Unfortunately, my Vonage device works on Ethernet. I’d like to know if anyone has run into the same issue and if they were able to fix the problem. I’m waiting for Vonage Customer Support to contact me; not sure if I will need an Ethernet-USB adapter.
