The Best SAT Reasoning Preparation Book?

Hi and welcome to my blog,
I opened this blog to help anyone who is preparing for his SAT.
I remember myself when I started - I was so lost and in such a panic.
Luckily I got this great SAT guide that helped me a lot . So study hard and good luck!
I currently have Kaplan’s 12 tests, Princeton Review 11 tests, Official Guide, Collegeboard online course, Barron’s How to prepare for the Sat, Sparknote’s 10 tests. I want to know which of those books provide the tests most similiar to the REAL TEST(especially in the Critical reading sections)? And which book provides the best strategies?
I got a 1410 on my practice SAT test from collegeboard. Is that bad?
Critical reading = 430
Writing = 550
Math = 430
How can I study and get better scores?
Are there science questions on the SAT?
I need to know if there are any science based questions on the SAT. I know that there are Math, English, and Critical Reading, but are there any specific to biology, physics, etc.?
I’m 14 and took a practice SAT test at home. Are these good scores?
I got a 540 on my critical reading and a 450 on my math.
I don’t have my writing score yet, I need to find a couple of people to grade my essay.
Are these good scores for a 14 year-old about to go into 9th grade?
Need help! i bought an online course and i took the practice sat test and i got… is this good/bad/average?

Critical Reading : 490
Writing: 570
(MC: 57, Essay: ![]()
Math: 450
whats my total score? and if this were my real sat score would it get me into decent colleges?
Can anyone help me with these SAT questions?
So, I took the SAT and when I left the testing room, I thought that I did really good! When I got my results back, I learned that I only scored a 1540, which is horrible, I think! Any way, I got a 440 in critical reading, a 530 in math, and a 570 in writing. The averages for college bound seniors in the class of 2007 was a 502 for critical reading, a 515 for math, and a 494 for writing. I scored better than average in everything except critical reading. Then, I realized that in the critical reading, I answered every single question, but in the math part, I left some blank. Did that have a huge, negative impact on my score. Are you not supposed to answer every single question? And what do I do to improve my score? Please help?
how do i score my critical reading section in my practice SAT test?
i just took the three critical reading sections out of my kaplan newsweek book, the site says i have to wait 24 hours before they tell me how to score this section. i know how many i got wrong, how many i got right, and how many i omitted. how do i score this? how do i figure out my score out of 800?
67 questions, total in the critical reading section.
How many questions on the SAT should you answer to get a good score?
Like if I answered half the questions in each section what is the highest score I could get in them? And this is the critical reading and math section I’m asking for because I know the other one has to do with my essay too.
Is 67 days enough time for me to improve my SAT passage-based reading questions and Essay skills?
I’ve been studying for quite a long time, but the only two areas I haven’t been working on much is the passage-based reading questions and the essay (I try to, but I never have enough time to cover them as much because I have to divide my day into three parts: SAT studying for Critical Reading/Writing – Schoolwork – SAT studying for Math. I’m homeschooled for one thing, and I need to put a lot of time into Math).
Help! What should I do?!
i got a score of 2030 on the oficial sat practice test on collegeboard.?
This is the very first time i took the sat test. Is the real test the same?
the detils are-
Critical Reading 600
Writing 640
Math 790
is it a good enough score.
how can i perform on the real test?
Are my sat scores good enough to get into an ivy league school?
I took the May SAT and I got a 2100. I received a 660 on critical reading, a 730 in math, and a 710 in writing skills. I looked up the SAT scores expected by Harvard officials, and I met the categories in math and writing skills, but i was 30 points shy from meeting the standards in critical reading. Can I still be accepted with my scores as long as I have a good GPA and plenty of extra curricular activities?
How do I score this SAT practice test?
I bought that HUGE SAT practice book with 8 different practice tests in it. Below are my "scaled score ranges" for each section:
*Critical Reading: 540-600
*Math: 520-600
*Writing: 510-640
So now my questions are the following:
1) Does my final score include all three sections?
2) If so, does that make my final overall score range from 1570 to 1840?
3) Did I do well?
4) What is the highest you can score on the SAT? I know the highest you can get is 800 in each section but I didn’t think a perfect score went as high as 2400. Is that right or wrong?
5) And what is the average that most people score? Am I above or below average?
What does G: 53 mean when you take the Princeton Review SAT practice test?
I have just taken a prep test for the SAT. I got 640 in math, a 650 in critical reading, but when I saw my writing score, it only said 53. What does that mean?
What are good SAT scores for admission to James Madison University?
I’m a rising senior living in Virginia and JMU is one of the colleges on my list. I’ve already taken the SAT’s once and plan on taking them again, but what are good SAT scores upon admission to JMU? Also, does anyone know if they look at the score out of 2400 or solely Critical Reading and Math?

I’m an international student and planning to study my undergraduate in the US, I took the SAT a few weeks ago and I wasn’t so fast and left so many questions unanswered. today I got my scores online and it’s like that
