World History AP & SAT subject test / 2/ II?

Hi and welcome to my blog,
I opened this blog to help anyone who is preparing for his SAT.
I remember myself when I started - I was so lost and in such a panic.
Luckily I got this great SAT guide that helped me a lot . So study hard and good luck!
Hey I took the World History AP test about mid May and now I am signed up for the World History SAT II. The thing is I just started taking the test on the REA preparation book for SAT II and it is much much much harder and specific then what I encountered on the AP exam. Is the SAT subject test really more specific then the AP test?
Thanks for answering
to first poster, Yeah I know AP classes really are useless, like it doesn’t help only makes it easier to register for classes. But it sort of looks better for colleges along with a GPA boost.
to 2nd poster:……………………………..
to 3rd poster: Yeah like what the heck is the Velvet Revolution I learned nothing that specific and the AP test multiple choice was nothing like that. I didn’t even bother to score my 1st practice test because I did so badly and knew like crud. Hopefully it will be more AP oriented multiple choice.
ACT v.s. SAT test? Difference? Most important? Harder?
*What are the main differences between the SAT and ACT?
*Which one is more important (I am college-bound)?
*Which is more difficult?
From what I’ve seen while flipping through AP exam prep books, I do like the Barron’s books, so…
*Should I invest in a Barron’s ACT and Barron’s SAT prep book?
*If I should, should I get them with or without CD’s?
I only want to buy them if they’ll really be helpful, as my AP teachers have required their students to purchase some sort of AP test booklet, and I’m taking 4 AP classes at the moment, so I’m trying to save from whatever angle I can, but if they’ll really help me…
How hard is the SAT II Subject Test for Chemistry?
For preparation on Wikipedia, it says that for preparation, the student needs one CP chem class, one algebra class, and experience in the lab. I took Chem Honors, AP Chemistry, got a 5 on the AP test, am takin AP calculus right now, and have two years of lab experience. I mean, it seems like it doesn’t get to specific, if thats all someone needs, on the test. Has anyone ever taken it? Is it just the basics, or does it get down and dirty?
Fore Test prep like the SAT, SAT II, and AP, are the peterson’s kaplan, arco, mcgraw books easier or harder?
Like in general for any of the test. But particularly the AP U.S. History which I’m taking this friday, and I want to take the one that is the most similar to the real AP test.
And the smartypants books for the Environmental Science AP test, which I’m taking this wednesday.
If you know of any other book names, that would also help me in the future.
Thanks.
