Hi and welcome to my blog,
I opened this blog to help anyone who is preparing for his SAT.
I remember myself when I started - I was so lost and in such a panic.
Luckily I got this great SAT guide that helped me a lot . So study hard and good luck!
Hello, im currently in my grade 11 year and I want to prepare for the SAT. With this, i’m debating whether i should take a PSAT course or just a regular SAT course. My biggest concern is, Is it too late to take the PSAT?
Also, if you could point out any places offering these courses in Toronto. Let me know please.
Thank you
Just take the SAT, Princeton Review SAT Classroom Course
There’s absolutely no need to take a PSAT specific course, particularly since it’s too late for you to take it! It’s only administered once a year, in October, and seniors do not take it.
If you’re looking at college in the US, you do, of course, need to take the SAT. I’m personally not a big fan of any of the big test prep companies – they’re so expensive, and they’re not going to teach you anything you can’t find elsewhere. Private tutors can be helpful though, and can be quite a bit cheaper than a course. Wyzant.com is great for searching for tutors. I do, however, like the College Board’s online prep course. The College Board is the publisher of the SAT, so their practice questions are as close as it gets to the real thing. The CB also has a couple of books of practice tests that can be hugely helpful. Good luck!
