Hi and welcome to my blog,

I opened this blog to help anyone who is preparing for his SAT.
I remember myself when I started - I was so lost and in such a panic.
Luckily I got this great SAT guide that helped me a lot . So study hard and good luck!

please explain why and if possible where is the best place to register (for an online course).

It’d be helpful if you provide a little bit about the site (fee, date class starts, time…)

thank you so much!!!!
I see. but what’s the difference between a course and more practice tests?
I know it sounds dumb. what I mean is if you take a course. wouldn’t they give you practices and explanations?

Before you take an online course, I think you should take the practice test that collegeboard offers. Go to collegeboard.com and search for "official SAT practice test".

After you take the test, check it, and analyze your answers, you can decide if you want more practice or if you want to take a course.

Meanwhile, you should be striving constantly to improve your vocabulary. How well do you know Latin and Greek root words? Students who have studied Latin score higher on the SAT, according to collegeboard, the makers of the SAT.

How well do you understand basic arithmetic, algebra and geometry? You may need to review the basic principals of these areas of math.

I think that a book that explains the types of questions that are asked for math, reading, and English, and gives you plenty of vocabulary practice, is more useful than an online course, because the test is not a computer test, but a paper and pencil test. If you study for that test using a book, you are practicing in a similar format to the test.

    Good luck!

I’m not that sure such a thing exists. What I know you can do is sign up for preperation classes that take place after school usually once or twice a week. Your school may offer an SAT prep class also as an elective. When you register for the PSATs or if you ask your guidence counselor may give you a prep book for that. You can also buy SAT prep books in many book stores and search for practice questions online.
