Should I take a PSAT/SAT course through Princeton Review or Kaplan?

Hi and welcome to my blog,
I opened this blog to help anyone who is preparing for his SAT.
I remember myself when I started - I was so lost and in such a panic.
Luckily I got this great SAT guide that helped me a lot . So study hard and good luck!
I’m in 10th grade now, and I’m a pretty good student. I have a 3.74 GPA UW, and 4.16 W. But I’m not that great of a standardized test taker. I fell that I have potential and maybe a class would help. We took a standardized test to enter our H.S., and I scored a 89(out of 100), while some of my peers in the Honors program who I have higher or pretty much same grades as scored grades such as 99, 97, 96 and a few more like that. I word hard and I want to make sure my SAT/ACT scores don’t drag me down when I apply for college.
I’d also like to try and do well on the PSAT, trying to become a National Merit Finalist, some university’s give really nice schollys for that.
Thanks, I was just wondering if I should shell out 00 for a basic course on PSAT/SAT at PR or Kaplan.
Like I said, I have potential, but I’m going to have to work at it.
Ohh and I’m taking the "Plan" (pre-ACT) test this week. That should give me more feedback on what I need to study and maybe how badly I’d need this class.
Thanks

I would take to the person that is in charge of the SAT exam at your school. It is usually one of the guidance counselors.
You can practice your vocab on http://www.bubbabrain.com
They have 125 vocab games to play.
How to use bubbabrain
Select a grade level on the left hand menu, and click on it.
Select the subject, and click on the subject drop-down arrow.
Select a word set from the drop-down menu and click submit at the bottom of the page.
The top left box will say “find this†and a definition will be listed below. Click on the term that matches the definition. A new definition will appear, and you must find the new definition.
Continue until you have cleared the rest of the board.
