should i buy this desktop for 300 bucks?

I opened this blog to help anyone who is preparing for his SAT.
I remember myself when I started - I was so lost and in such a panic.
Luckily I got this great SAT guide that helped me a lot . So study hard and good luck!
my friend bought 2 laptops, and a desktop on black friday of last yr.
i already have a laptop mainly for school, internet, and movies, but hes selling an HP desktop for 300 bucks. its never been used, and is still in the box. i need a desktop for other use(gaming). should i buy it?

No, for 300 bucks it is not so much of a gaming machine. Gaming machines should have a at least 8800 GT or ATI Radeon 3000 Series, the processor should be at least a Core 2 Duo or Core 2 Quad, or AMD Athlon X2 or X4 at around 2.6 GHz. The motherboard should have at least on PCI-E 2.0 slot
So you shouldn’t shell out 300 dollars for a basic computer, you will have to expand your budget, or try building a computer yourself.
