Hi and welcome to my blog,
I opened this blog to help anyone who is preparing for his SAT.
I remember myself when I started - I was so lost and in such a panic.
Luckily I got this great SAT guide that helped me a lot . So study hard and good luck!
I’ve taken Biology E and Mathematics Level 2, but I only scored 690 and 750, respectively.
I’m aiming for an 800, so which test prep book would you recommend? (Barron’s, Kaplan, Princeton Review, etc)
I’m going to take the test in about a month, so I’m not sure how much I can prepare for two tests.
(Also, would you recommend Biology E or Biology M?)
I haven’t yet taken Math II, but for Biology, I read through the Sparknotes Review and got a 730. I kind of regretted not studying an actual prep book, so if I were going to take the test again, I’d probably get any book (with easy-to-understand language =] ) or two and study the sparknotes review again.
As far as which Biology to take, go with what you are more comfortable with or know more. My teacher assigned all the ecological stuff on vacations, so of course I didn’t really learn much about it, and the E/M decision was too easy for me.
(The second site breaks down the tests into their questions.)
