Hi and welcome to my blog,

I opened this blog to help anyone who is preparing for his SAT.
I remember myself when I started - I was so lost and in such a panic.
Luckily I got this great SAT guide that helped me a lot . So study hard and good luck!

Well im planning on taking the SAT after summer and i want to be ready because my goal is to break the 2000 mold and i know that is not a easy task im not one of those people who are just gifted with test taking im more like a study your but of and get a good grade type person. Im willing to work and study hard, i was considering in investing in a good SAT tutor like a one on one thing, i think the indivual attention will do me justice.

So has anyone got one ? if so was it worth the money ? how much was the improvement ? and which company ?

thanks

i had one from a school teacher for $80, with a bunch of other students for 4 hours for 3 or 4 saturdays. my grade went up only 20 points in math, and my CR score actually decreased 40 points. i didnt study much since my CR was pretty decent (640), but i tried in math and my score only went up to 580. Basically, if you put a lot of work in from the course it would help, depending on your study habits.
