Have you heard, “Practice makes man perfect” You cannot learn how to play cricket, play keyboard by reading a book and not actually practicing it, nor will you be able to master SAT without practice. If you don’t practice, then you will not actually learn how to apply the strategies you learn. We are here with Free Algebra practice questions. Practice also leads us in to the next necessary item to master the SAT.
Right now we will explain you the term Algebraic Expressions and manipulation in SAT math.
Most of the questions on SAT math test may not include numbers at all. These questions will test your knowledge of basic algebraic concepts. So you must be confident and comfortable with such questions and applying algebraic concepts to problem solving.
Numbers and variable come together to do multiplication or division are called TERMS. And an Algebraic expression is collection of terms combined by addition, subtraction, or both in which letters or variables are used to represent numbers.
For example, like(same) term can be combined :
3X + 4 X = 7X
(a + 2) (a – 5) = a2 – 5a + 2a – 10
a2 – 3a – 10
12ab ÷ 2b = 6a
Some algebraic exponents are : a3 = a X a X a
a-5 = 1/a X 1/a X 1/a X 1/a X 1/a
x0 = 1
a x/y = y √ax = (y √a)x
X1/2 = √X
When multiplying expressions with the same base you can add exponents. Same rule will apply for negative exponents.
a2 X a3 = (a X a ) (a X a X a) = a5
ya X yb = ya+b y4 X y -2 = (y X y X y X y) (1/y X 1/y ) = y2
When dividing expressions with the same base you have to subtract exponents.
a5 / a2 = (a X a X a X a X a) (1/a X 1/a) = a3
Multiply exponents when a number raised to an exponent is raised to a second exponent.
(a 2)3 = a 2 X 3 = a6

your show is soo cool!!!
dude the volume’s so loud and out of control lol.
he’s got some good ideas, like the way he makes it a challenging multiple choice… but it would help if his writing was more legible.
I guess yes..but it will be hard for me to find a student..haha u see Mr.vinod is the best teacher
Now you can teach someone.
haha..thnx fot the solution,But I’m already done wid the SAT.Thank you
yes
Yes we do know where a and b lies. He said the point (a,b) lies in the shaded reason. So the answer is B (III only).
“a<=4″ is wrong because he already said a lies in the shaded region, so it can go as high as 6.
“b<=a” is wrong you can tell just visually.
“b<=f(a)” is right. The function is arbitrary. You can define f(x)=x^2, if you like.
Is the answer E?
is the answer to it is (B)?
the coordinates of pt of intersection of y=f(x) and x=6 is(6,f(x))
it does not implies anything,n we even don’t know where a and b lies .
pls explain the solution to this problem
