My sister has to buy Flash for school. Can she legally transfer the program from one computer to another?

I opened this blog to help anyone who is preparing for his SAT.
I remember myself when I started - I was so lost and in such a panic.

My sister is doing her last year of school online through Insight. They sent her a laptop to use temporally throughout the school year, and one of her classes is Flash CS3. Obviously this class requires her to have the program, which we don’t. The school is not willing to buy the program for her so she will have to buy the program. Thankfully she can get a school discount making it around 0 instead of 0, but still that is expensive. Now the problem is at the end of the school year she has to give the laptop back to the school. So my question is, if she buys Flash CS3 and installs it on her school computer, when it comes time to give the computer back, will she be able to legally un-install it from that computer and install it onto a different one? Or will she have to just swallow the blow o losing 0?

Most software is licensed to one user, one computer. If she uninstalls it from that laptop she would be able to install it somewhere else.
On their website it also mentions (similar to Microsoft) if you are a home user you may install it on a second home computer as well, as long as both copies are not in use at the same time.
I strongly recommend copying the program files (not uninstalling it from the original laptop) and installing it elsewhere. Illegal by the way
You’re "supposed" to delete it afterwords, but who actually does that?
well, she could always just install it on a removable hard drive. That would solve most of the problems.
i’m sure if she is using it and downloads it on the laptop that only the school will have access to delete things on the computer. so my guess is they will not delete it and keep using it. that means the next student gets it free, but you will still be able to put it on another computer usually it lets you register a bought program on at least 3 computers. microsoft office lets you buy it and download it on 3 computers
What a price! She can send email to Adobe to discuss with it.And,how about this in customer manual? Sorry for my poor english.
