Kaplan SAT test prep class?

Hi and welcome to my blog,
I opened this blog to help anyone who is preparing for his SAT.
I remember myself when I started - I was so lost and in such a panic.
Luckily I got this great SAT guide that helped me a lot . So study hard and good luck!
Is it worth it? I have a low SAT score and since I am going to be a senior this year my parents are willing to pat 00 for a class. I feel guilty but I honestly am the worst test taker 
If anyone has taken a course like this please tell me some experiences. I just want to do really good. By the way, I take the SATs in October.

DO NOT GO TO KAPLAN!
Self-study is the best. It’s way cheaper. However, if you must go to a SAT prep class, I suggest Princeton Review. They have great deals. My cousin went to one and she scored 2180 on her SAT (her first SAT, she scored 1980). Ask about their free course.
If you are really going to spend that much on prep course, please please do NOT go to Kaplan!
I’m generally opposed to prep courses for SAT, but I am especially adamantly opposed to Kaplan. As you can see from their SAT books, their questions are FAR too easier than the real ones, and it’s unrealistic. If you REALLY are going to go with prep course for big companies and waste your money, at least do that on Princeton Review.

Most of all, good luck on October. I feel that it’s going to be a very difficult test though with so many people planning to take it..
