Is it possible to get an 1800 on the SATs without enrolling into expensive classes/tutoring sessions?

I opened this blog to help anyone who is preparing for his SAT.
I remember myself when I started - I was so lost and in such a panic.

I’m a high 80 avg student. I was wondering if it is possible for me to get an 1800 without taking Kaplan/Princeton etc. SAT prep courses. Is it possible for me to get around an 1700-1800 studying with only SAT books at home?

i just got my score today with no studying of any kind. i also have a high 80 average and got an 1840
yes. i took the old SAT back in my days without help and i scored pretty high.
yes. just keep studying books and such. i have 90-93% average and somehow i managed to get an 1860. i also think a BIG part of taking the test is just being relaxed during it and not getting stressed out about it. also, see if your school offers SAT prep courses, they helped me a lot!
yes it is. just go and borrow a book from the library and look at the sample questions.
I’m an A/B student and I got an 1890 without any study, so yes.
yes i got an 1860 and i didnt study at all nor did i have any prep classes
but for best results study
