Hi and welcome to my blog,

I opened this blog to help anyone who is preparing for his SAT.
I remember myself when I started - I was so lost and in such a panic.
Luckily I got this great SAT guide that helped me a lot . So study hard and good luck!

I have just finished high school , and I’m about to start university; therefore, I’ definitely need to buy a laptop to use during my college years. The problem is that I don’t know which one to buy. I am looking for something not too expensive, strong that can withstand overuse, and new. I’m kind of confused between the following three laptop brands: sony vaio, toshiba, and hp. Which brand do u people suggest?

I use Toshiba Satellite lap tops.
I do not use for gaming, just work and website design.
    Look here: http://www.toshibadirect.com/td/b2c/home.to
Mine are the top of line models, one is 7 yrs.old the other 2 yrs. with no problems.
Always install an excellent security program like Norton Internet Security.

I personally have had very good success with HP-printers, laptop, and desktop. But I’ve also talked to people that have a Toshiba, and they like it. I can’t vouch for Sony Vaio, though.

HP…because it’s one of the 3 who are manufacturing the new mini computer/laptops. The ONLY problems are
    1. smaller screen resolution (you can always make your text larger), and
    2. No D-Drive (I call it Duh-drive)…like how could you have it in a mini-laptop? (but you can buy one and plug it in the USB port.

The pluses far outweigh the ‘problems’.
    1. Great Customer Support (for YOUR life!)
    2. Lightweight for using other WiFi’s.
    3. Small in design but does all other Laptops do. As a student these things should be reason enough to buy it.
    $300 max for the mini-laptop, & $150 for the separate D-drive.

I have yet to find out how much space their is on it. Like, you might want to upload your documents to a stick as often as possible.
