I want to buy a used laptop for no more than $400 is it safe to buy from one of those computer stores that are?

I would rather buy a new Dell than a used laptop. Consider the low-cost Dell Inspiron 15.

I dont think you can be able to play the sims on that kind of pc
but for 400$ you can buy new netbook’s or a cheap laptop
you can buy a NEW Compaq Presario CQ60 w/ Vista Basic at Best Buy! for around $360
i got a Compaq Presario CQ60 w/ Vista Home Premium for $50 more and i got more mem and more RAM
