Hi and welcome to my blog,

I opened this blog to help anyone who is preparing for his SAT.
I remember myself when I started - I was so lost and in such a panic.
Luckily I got this great SAT guide that helped me a lot . So study hard and good luck!

during this economically troubled recession, my family cannot afford for me to have an SAT tutor. for the PSAT i had like a 980 but with writing a 1700. How can i raise both scores without the help of a tutor or a couse?

PRACTICE so you can get familiar with the types of questions and don’t have to read directions every time.

Vocabulary and Formulas are helpful. Review grammar rules.

Pace yourself each time. You can also invest in a practice book from collegeboard which is also very helpful and has practice tests.

At any bookstore you can get a SAT prep book for under $20… they’re really helpful. I have the Barron’s 2400 SAT Prep book and it helped me raise my score.
