Hi and welcome to my blog,
I opened this blog to help anyone who is preparing for his SAT.
I remember myself when I started - I was so lost and in such a panic.
Luckily I got this great SAT guide that helped me a lot . So study hard and good luck!
I just took these two SAT II tests last Saturday and I feel pretty good about them, but I was just wondering how many questions College Board generally allows you to miss (or omit) and still get an 800. When do they begin to take points off from a perfect score?
I don’t know about the Chemistry SAT II, but on the math level 2 one, you only have to get a raw score of 45 (45 questions correct and 5 unanswered, or 46 right and 4 wrong, etc.) to get an 800. The difference between an 800 from a raw score of 45 and 50, though, is that your percentile goes up with your raw score. An 800 with 50 points (all correct answers) is 98th percentile, I think. And that percentile does get sent out with your scores.
I feel good about it, too. It’s the first time I was able to answer all 50 in the time limit without being confused on any of them!
