How do you send SAT scores to colleges using Collegeboard?

Hi and welcome to my blog,
I opened this blog to help anyone who is preparing for his SAT.
I remember myself when I started - I was so lost and in such a panic.
Luckily I got this great SAT guide that helped me a lot . So study hard and good luck!
I am applying to UCs and CSUs:
-How do i know which colleges to send my scores to?
-Where do i go to get my fee waiver identification code?
-Is collegeboard an "additional" score report or a required
thing?
-How many colleges can I send my SAT scores to?
