How can I take the SAT test if I am not from USA?

Hi and welcome to my blog,
I opened this blog to help anyone who is preparing for his SAT.
I remember myself when I started - I was so lost and in such a panic.
Luckily I got this great SAT guide that helped me a lot . So study hard and good luck!
I am from Romania and I would like to study abroad. I want to go to a university in the United States and I want to take the SAT test. I found subjects on the internet and I think I am ready for the test.
I need your help!

Please, do not listen to the people who say come to the US for the test. They are completely wrong and should not give advice without doing their research. Go here http://apps.collegeboard.com/cbsearch_code/codeSearchSatTest.jsp and select a test date and Romania and you can look at the different test centers where you can take the test. I wish you lots of luck on the test.
