Hi and welcome to my blog,

I opened this blog to help anyone who is preparing for his SAT.
I remember myself when I started - I was so lost and in such a panic.
Luckily I got this great SAT guide that helped me a lot . So study hard and good luck!

The tests are for different purposes, yes, but for example, I’ve heard that the AP Us History test has more "comprehensive" questions while the sat US history test has more date and battle based questions. Are there similar differences for the Chemistry ap and sat tests? Or more differences between the AP and Sat Us history tests?

To be honest, the sat chemistry will test your ability to recall a large amount of factual knowledge on the chem subject with a lesser emphasis on its practical or analytical implications, so you should not expect ques. which need a lot of nerve wrecking concentraion, just a good memory base to store a lot of factual titbits,,as for AP chem, it is more arithmetic and theory based practical application testing and hence a test for Advanced placement. Sat is a general indicator of admission suitability, but AP is a test for course placement once youve got admission to aviod unneccesary repetition of material already covered and on which a satisfactory level has been acheived.

With the SAT II Chemistry test you will not be tested on any particularly difficult formulas or calculations. for the SAT II you’ll experiance more concept based questions. The AP Chemistry test has much more difficult analysis questions, along with a more in depth level of knowledge of concepts required. However, both tests do require adaquate prep time to excell in.
