SAT Questions

Does anyone know? I do well in school, but my SAT score is more or less average. I’ll be a sophomore next year, and last time I took it, I got a 1760/2400.

I am looking for a SAT prep course for my little sister and wanted to know if any of you guys know one online or in NYC for under 500 bucks.

I mean, will it boost your score by that much if you take one? What if you just study one of those books you can buy from Sparknotes, Princeton Review, etc…? If it does boost your score, then by how much?

My mom just signed me up for the PSAT and SAT prep course from testmasters. It is roughly 0 and I was wondering if anyone has done it and that can give me their personal experience. Hopefully I can know now so I can still cancel it. Help would be appreciated!

S.A.T’s are coming up and i want to know people’s opinion on where is best to get the proper preparation.

I’m a rising junior and wants to get into Pepperdine University. Do they require a high score in SAT or do they focus more on ACT?

is this possible because i will work my hardest in the prep course class.

Hello, I am a junior in highschool. I really want to improve and prepare for the SAT. I live in Washington, yes in the northwest, not Washington D.C. Do you know any great prep SAT courses that are excellent for you? I am having a hard time deciding which course would improve me the most.

What exactly are the ACT and SAT tests? Why are they needed to take? What’s the difference between the two? Also, what schools ask to have these?

I heard about a 7th grader taking the SAT test, but I thought you don’t have to until high school? Is the only test you need to take in 7th grade a TAKS test?

i am taking the us history sat test but i only learnt half of the material on the test, in school. i need to teach myself the other half. what book has a review or summary of all the history on the test? what else can i do?

The tests are for different purposes, yes, but for example, I’ve heard that the AP Us History test has more "comprehensive" questions while the sat US history test has more date and battle based questions. Are there similar differences for the Chemistry ap and sat tests? Or more differences between the AP and Sat Us history tests?

but I’ve graduated in december several months early ,now im just working.I didn’t even take the sat test yet one of the reasons why is because im SO nervous and im really bad at math but other subjects i’ll do fine in .I think its best to go to technical college then transfer to,an art college I love painting and fashion design!

I am planning on taking their classes in NJ and i dont know how good their classes are. I would like to know from people who have taken their class to tell me about it and their pros and cons and if they are a good SAT class to take and prepare for the test?

i heard that in some months the SAT test comes easier than the other months is that true?if its true in what month is it easier?

I got a 760.
I had 770 on the SAT Reasoning test math part.
I can’t find anywhere what scores colleges want on subject tests… so is this decent? Do you know where I could find information about subject test score ranges at different colleges? Thanks!
