Are there any free tutoring programs or sited that focus specifically on ACT,PSAE,PSAT and SAT?

Hi and welcome to my blog,
I opened this blog to help anyone who is preparing for his SAT.
I remember myself when I started - I was so lost and in such a panic.
Luckily I got this great SAT guide that helped me a lot . So study hard and good luck!
Trying to prepare for these tests. Im a 15 year old sophmore in need of this desperately. The goal for ACT is 36. No less.I want to get the highest possible score that I can on all of these tests.
Thanks I need this because I want it to be hard for me to fail. Failure is not an option.

Unfortunately, for tests like the ACT/PSAT/SAT practice is really the only help you can get (assuming you’re already doing well on these sorts of tests. There are tricks, but if you can already score around 650 on each SAT category then they won’t help you much). If you’re aiming for a 36, getting up to that point is just a matter of practicing so you’re able to spot traps and take shortcuts to save you time.
If you have the time, college confidential and other websites have forums where people discuss test prep, and you may want to browse through their forums.
I honestly don’t know what you mean, by harder "for me to fail". Do you mean for colllege admissions? You certainly don’t need a 36 to even get accepted to the best schools in the nations. That’s a definite fact. Beyond test scores you need good recommendations and a good essay and good grades/gpa in school (preferably weighted gpa). If you score at least a 30 your in a really good percentile (96 to be exact).
To prepare you really want to take lots of practice tests, and I highly encourage taking both the sat and act. Almost all colleges including the ivys will take your best and don’t care which test you take. If you do good on the psat then your almost guaranteed to do so on the sat (its almost the same type of test).
I suggest buying the official sat book and the official act book! I highly suggest buying it over boring it because you want to be able to write in it. Take it under time pressure and score yourself. See where you need to improve and repeat repeat repeat. (many times). If you thin a prep course can help then maybe you should try it depending on your financial situation (parents situation), but it is far from being a guarantee that you will improve a whole lot. Some tests prep programs have a money back guarantee so maybe its a good idea to give them a try. (I took a crappy prep class that sucked).
In the end after your satisfied with your score just relax and fill out those suckers (err I mean college applications). You should have some guaranteed schools some likely schools, and some reach school (if you think you got some sort of shot). Don’t be discouraged and under no circumstance should you panic or listen to bad, ignorant or stupid advice. Most people don’t know what there talking about. Many people go to average/decent schools and get decent jobs. In the end if you don’t like your school you can think of transferring.
Don’t put so much pressure on your self and try and be somewhat realistic. You can certainly try to reach for the stars (no harm there)

if you’re going for a 36 you’re going to fail, you might after 8 tries get 35s on 3 of them a 36 on the last and that would average out as a 35…
