a preparation book for SAT II’s material?

Hi and welcome to my blog,
I opened this blog to help anyone who is preparing for his SAT.
I remember myself when I started - I was so lost and in such a panic.
Luckily I got this great SAT guide that helped me a lot . So study hard and good luck!
most books teaches you about the exam’s strategy, how to solve its questions, what kind of questions you expect and stuff like that and that’s what I don’t want.
I want a book that is really helpfull, I’m a little weak at science and I’m looking for a book that gives me some useful knowlege about science, a book that has almost everything I need to know to get a good grade in the exam, please help.
plus I’m an international students and our schools and way of teaching is much different than the US. in the US you have preparation centres everywhere even in schools I guess. here the book is my only sourse, btw I’m taking the SAT because I’m planning to study in the US.
I know this is not the right place to put this question but I couldn’t get a good answer in other categories.

One of my sons made a perfect 1600 on the SATs, back in 1994. He got all the answers correct, and he was one of only 34 kids to get a perfect score that school year. (The next year, they "re-centered" the SAT, which made it easier to get a not-very-perfect 1600 SAT.)
Anyway, you’re right — the test prep books are not as good as actually knowing the material. However, having said that, I suggest that you look at any materials from the Princeton Review. They do a very good job of explaining the SATs.

There is no science–only english and math–but it is a good way to practice for the SAT, ACT and GRE.
If you feel a little weak in science,how can you wish a good grade to the examine.Science means:mathematics,physics,chemistry,geography and so on,even the encyclopedia can not be usefully.,because contain the last news.Try to be honest with yourself,so will be better!
Princeton Review puts out a good series of prep book, you can find them on their website- or you might want to check out Textbook411.com , I get all of my book sthere and alwyas save atleast 1/2….. Good Luck!!!
