SAT Questions

I’m supposed to test tomorrow, but for health-related reasons, I won’t be able to make it. The next test date is October 10, and I was wondering how long it will take for my scores to get posted online or get mailed to me because the application deadline for the college I want to apply to is November 30. Is it possible to send them any SAT scores after the application deadline?

I’ve got one.. it’s the from collegeboard.com.. is there any other website for SAT math questions? hopefully its in .pdf format.. so i can print.. thanks a lot.. really appreciate it..

i’m in grade 10, planning to take my first SAT this June (as I understand most people take 2-3 tests and take their best score, right?). is this too early to study or is it ok?

also, which books would be recommended? i am deciding between the official SAT guide, Barron’s and Princeton Review. What are the advantages/disadvantages for each one?

I have nothing to compare my practice SAT score to and would like to know what is an adequate score for an upcoming junior who has never taken an SAT before.

one of my sat practice test has 16 questions on section 5 and only 7 sections total… an the other guide had 33 questions for section 5 and 10 sections total…. which one is right?

I’m taking the French SAT test and my friend wants to do the same thing. But she is from France and that’s her nationality. Of course she speaks great French then. Wouldn’t that be unfair? Is her grade counted by colleges?

I took the test in May and if, for example, I increased my score by 300-400 points by the October SAT test date, would anything happen?
I heard that they hand score tests and they might even give you a one-on-one test?
Does anybody know what happens?

I was a stand by for the Jan 24 SAT and turned in my registration that day. How can I view my scores online since I didn’t apply online?

I was taking the SAT test and the proctor had told ETS that I was reading or working on other sections of the test, but that is completely false and does anyone know how I can fight this?

I got a 770 in Reading and a 800 in Writing on the SAT, but I got a 630 in Math. Should I be looking at retaking the SATs then, or should I stick with what I have? I’d be looking at universities like Rice University, Emory, etc. Do colleges look at individual scores or the cumulative?

I have a 2004 sat prep book. Is that outdated, or will i still do well by studying from it?
This will be the first time i’ve taken the SAT.

I’ve been studying for quite a long time, but the only two areas I haven’t been working on much is the passage-based reading questions and the essay (I try to, but I never have enough time to cover them as much because I have to divide my day into three parts: SAT studying for Critical Reading/Writing – Schoolwork – SAT studying for Math. I’m homeschooled for one thing, and I need to put a lot of time into Math).
